Delete your Stillee account

This page covers the Stillee app, published by Competente Nuvem - LDA. Here is how to delete your account, what that removes, and what we may keep.

Delete in the app

1. Open Stillee and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete account again. This cannot be undone.

Delete without the app

Email team@stillee.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will action your request within a reasonable time.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is cancelled in your App Store settings or your Play Store subscriptions. One bought on stillee.com is cancelled with Manage subscription before you delete the account.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, journals, and history.

What we may keep

We may retain certain information where required or permitted by law. More generally, we keep Personal Data for as long as needed for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, while we have a business need, or as required by law, whichever is longer.
