Stillee, wherever you already talk.

Add Stillee to Meta Muse, Claude or ChatGPT, then say what is going on, the way you would text a friend. Your assistant hands you the right track as a link, saves the check-ins you ask for, and never sees the words in your journal.

Works with

  • Meta Muse
  • ChatGPT
  1. You:

    It's 3am and I'm awake again.

  2. Assistant:

Here's Stillee's 3 AM mode. Dark screen, one track, nothing to decide. You don't have to make sleep happen.

  3. Link from stillee.com:

An example. Every assistant words it its own way, and the track plays in the Stillee app.

One day, seven chats.

No commands to learn. You say it however it comes out, and your assistant works out which part of Stillee fits. These are examples: every assistant words its replies its own way, and anything it saves shows up in your app.

  1. 7:10 am

Alarm off. It was a short night.

    1. You, in a voice note:

“Log that I slept badly, about five hours.”

    2. Assistant:

      Saved for today.

    3. Sleep check-in

      Saved in Stillee

      • Slept badly
      • 5 hours
    4. Assistant:

If the afternoon drags, ask me and I'll find something in Stillee for it.

  2. 11:20 am

On the train, and it starts.

The panic flow works before you have ever signed in. Stillee is a companion, not therapy, and not a substitute for professional care.

    1. You:

      I think I'm having a panic attack

    2. Assistant:

Here's Stillee's panic flow. Tap it and the breath starts. Nothing to choose, nothing to sign in to, and it's free.

If you feel you are in danger right now, call your local emergency number.

    3. Link from stillee.com:
  3. 2:30 pm

The slump after a bad night.

    1. You:

I had a terrible night 😩 Is there something I can do this afternoon?

    2. Assistant:

Two from Stillee for the day after a bad night:

    3. Links from stillee.com:
      • Replace a Lost Hour, NSDR, 19 min

Guided deep rest. It will not give the hours back.

      • Yoga Nidra, 8 min

Eight minutes lying down, in the middle of the afternoon.

  4. 6:15 pm

    Packing for an early flight.

Your assistant's own calendar does the scheduling. Stillee hands it the link.

    1. You:

I have a flight at 7. Put a wind-down in my calendar for 9pm tonight.

    2. Assistant:

Done. It's in your calendar at 9, with a Stillee wind-down link inside.

    3. Calendar event:

      Tonight, 9:00 pm

      Wind down

      Link: a Stillee wind-down

  5. 9:00 pm

    The reminder goes off.

    1. Notification from Calendar:

      Calendar

      Wind down

      Now. Stillee link inside.

    2. You:

Help me wind down before bed.

    3. Assistant:

Three from Stillee, all for before bed:

    4. Links from stillee.com:
      • Put the Day Down, 5 min

Head to feet, setting down what the body held.

      • Closing the Day, 5 min

One good thing held, one hard thing set down.

      • Letting Go of the Day, 16 min

A voice and the breath, nothing else.

  6. 10:40 pm

    One line before sleep.

    1. You:

      How was my week? 👀

    2. Assistant:

You practised on 5 of the last 7 days, 58 minutes in all, and you are on a 4-day streak.

    3. You:

Add to my journal: the meeting went better than I feared.

    4. Assistant:

Added to today's entry. What was already there stays as it is, and I can't read it.

      You reacted with a heart.
  7. 3:12 am

Awake again. Everyone else is asleep.

Awake at 3am is free. The tracks play in the Stillee app.

    1. You:

      It's 3am and I'm awake again…

    2. Assistant:

Here's Stillee's 3 AM mode. Dark screen, one track, nothing to decide. You don't have to make sleep happen.

    3. Link from stillee.com:
    4. You:

Still up. I got out of bed because I couldn't sleep. Now what?

    5. Assistant:

Stillee has one for exactly that:

    6. Links from stillee.com:
      • Out of Bed, 7 min

Sit somewhere that is not your bed, lights low, and be deliberately uninteresting to yourself.

It says no, nicely.

Some things it will not do, on purpose. Your journal stays yours, nothing is bought in a chat, and it will not pretend a track exists when it does not.

    1. You:

Read me what I wrote in my journal last week.

    2. Assistant:

I can't. Stillee never shows me the words in your journal. I can see counts and scores, if you've allowed it.

    1. You:

      Just buy Stillee for me.

    2. Assistant:

I can't buy it for you. Subscribing happens in the Stillee app or on stillee.com.

    1. You:

      Play a 5 minute NSDR.

    2. Assistant:

Stillee doesn't have one that short. The closest is 8 minutes:

    3. Link from stillee.com:

What it can see, and what it never can.

You choose, one tick box at a time, when you sign in. To change your mind later, remove Stillee from your assistant and add it again.

With your permission

  • How often you practised: counts, streaks and minutes.
  • Your mood and sleep scores, day by day, as numbers.
  • Which program you are on, and which week.
  • Whether your subscription is active, and where it is billed.

Never

  • The words in your journal.
  • The words attached to a check-in.
  • Anything at all, before you sign in and tick a box.
  • A purchase. Subscribing happens in the app or on our website, never in a chat.

It can also save what you ask it to: words for your journal, a check-in, the day's good things, the self-care you did, a program to start. Saving never shows it the words already there.

Connect it once.

  1. Add the connector

In your assistant's settings, find where it lists connectors, or custom connectors. Add a new one and paste this address.

    https://mcp.stillee.com/mcp

It is the same address for every assistant.

  2. Sign in when it asks

The first time it needs your account, it sends you to stillee.com/connect. Sign in with the account you use in the app, then choose what it may see: every permission has its own tick box, and you can untick any of them. Linking never signs you out of the app on your phone.

  3. Just ask

Say what you need in your own words, like the examples above. Anything it saves for you shows up in the app.

Connecting Stillee, answered

Which assistants work with Stillee?

Any assistant that lets you add a custom connector, and today that includes Meta Muse, Claude and ChatGPT. Paste https://mcp.stillee.com/mcp where your assistant lists its connectors. In ChatGPT, custom connectors need developer mode turned on. We have submitted Stillee to Meta's connector directory; until it is listed there, or in any other directory, you add Stillee by hand.

Do I need a Stillee account?

Not for the panic flow: ask for it and the link works before you have ever signed in. The 3 AM track also comes straight back, and it plays in the app once you are signed in there. Everything about you (your journal, your check-ins, your programs) needs the account you use in the app, and you connect it once.

Can it read my journal?

No. None of its tools returns your journal text or the words of a check-in. It can add words you dictate to a day's entry, and it can read counts and scores. Your entries are encrypted at rest, and what you write is never part of our analytics. Privacy

Does it cost anything?

Connecting is free, and the panic flow and the 3 AM tracks are free in the app. A subscription opens the full library and the programs. Where your assistant allows it, it can tell you whether your subscription is active and hand you a checkout link for our website. Nothing is ever bought inside a chat: subscribing happens in the app or on our website.

It says Stillee needs one more permission. What do I do?

That permission was unticked when you connected, or you connected before it existed. Remove Stillee from your assistant's connectors and add it again. The connect page shows every permission, and you choose which ones to tick.

The link opened the website instead of the app.

Stillee links open the app when it is installed and you tap them. A typed or pasted address opens the website, on purpose. Install the app from the App Store, then tap the link again. The panic link works in a browser as well, with the breath running on the page. Breathe with the panic page

How do I disconnect?

Remove Stillee in your assistant's connector settings. Resetting your Stillee password also removes every connected assistant. You can connect again any time.

Who is the voice in the tracks?

The guide you hear is a synthetic voice, generated with text to speech from scripts we write. We use one voice across the whole library, so it sounds the same at 3 AM as it does in the afternoon.

The tracks play in the app.
