AI assistant

Stillee, wherever you already talk.

Add Stillee to Claude, ChatGPT or Muse, and the assistant you already talk to can hand you the panic flow, find the 3 AM track, suggest something for right now and save the check-ins you ask for. You decide what it may see, and it never gets the words in your journal.

You

It's 3am and I'm awake again.

Your assistant

Here is the track Stillee keeps for the middle of the night. Four minutes, free, nothing to decide.

Awake at 3am

4 min, free

Open in Stillee
An example. Every assistant words it its own way.

In your own words

Things you can just say.

There are no commands to learn. Say it the way you would say it to a friend, and your assistant works out which part of Stillee fits.

  • “It's 3am and I'm awake again.”

You get one track for the middle of the night, free, with a link that opens the app.

  • “I think I'm having a panic attack.”

You get the panic flow as one link: tap it and the breath starts, without signing in.

  • “Help me wind down before bed.”

You get one to three tracks picked for that moment, each with its length.

  • “Log that I slept badly, about five hours.”

It saves a sleep check-in for today, in numbers only: how you slept and for how long.

  • “Add to my journal: the meeting went better than I feared.”

The words join today's journal entry, and nothing already there is replaced.

  • “How often did I practise this month?”

You get counts, streaks and minutes, never what you wrote.

Setup

Connect it in three steps.

  1. Add the connector

In your assistant's settings, find where it lists connectors, or custom connectors. Add a new one and paste this address.

    https://mcp.stillee.com/mcp

It is the same address for every assistant.

  2. Sign in when it asks

The first time it needs your account, it sends you to stillee.com/connect. Sign in with the account you use in the app, then choose what it may see: every permission has its own tick box, and you can untick any of them. Linking never signs you out of the app on your phone.

  3. Just ask

Say what you need in your own words, like the examples above. Anything it saves for you shows up in the app.

Your say

What it can see, and what it never can.

You choose, one tick box at a time, when you sign in. To change your mind later, remove Stillee from your assistant and add it again.

With your permission

  • How often you practised: counts, streaks and minutes.
  • Your mood and sleep scores, day by day, as numbers.
  • Which program you are on, and which week.

Never

  • The words in your journal.
  • The words attached to a check-in.
  • Anything at all, before you sign in and tick a box.
  • A purchase. Subscribing happens in the app or on our website, never in a chat.

It can also save what you ask it to: words for your journal, a check-in, the day's good things, the self-care you did, a program to start. Saving never shows it the words already there.

Before you sign in.

Some moments cannot wait for a sign-in screen. As soon as Stillee is added, ask for the panic flow and the link comes straight back: tap it and the breath starts, with nothing signed in. Ask for the 3 AM track and it comes back the same way, and it plays in the app once you are signed in there.

If you feel you are in danger right now, call your local emergency number. Stillee is a companion, not therapy, and not a substitute for professional care.

Connecting Stillee, answered

Which assistants work with Stillee?

Any assistant that lets you add a custom connector, and today that includes Claude, ChatGPT and Muse. Paste https://mcp.stillee.com/mcp where your assistant lists its connectors. We are not in their directories yet, so for now you add Stillee by hand.

Do I need a Stillee account?

Not for the panic flow: ask for it and the link works before you have ever signed in. The 3 AM track also comes straight back, and it plays in the app once you are signed in there. Everything about you (your journal, your check-ins, your programs) needs the account you use in the app, and you connect it once.

Can it read my journal?

No. None of its tools returns your journal text or the words of a check-in. It can add words you dictate to a day's entry, and it can read counts and scores. Your entries are encrypted at rest, and what you write is never part of our analytics. Privacy

Does it cost anything?

Connecting is free, and the panic flow and the 3 AM tracks are free in the app. A subscription opens the full library and the programs. Nothing is ever bought inside a chat: subscribing happens in the app or on our website.

It says Stillee needs one more permission. What do I do?

That permission was unticked when you connected, or you connected before it existed. Remove Stillee from your assistant's connectors and add it again. The connect page shows every permission, and you choose which ones to tick.

The link opened the website instead of the app.

Stillee links open the app when it is installed and you tap them. A typed or pasted address opens the website, on purpose. Install the app from the App Store, then tap the link again. The panic link works in a browser as well, with the breath running on the page. Breathe with the panic page

How do I disconnect?

Remove Stillee in your assistant's connector settings. Resetting your Stillee password also removes every connected assistant. You can connect again any time.

Who is the voice in the tracks?

The guide you hear is a synthetic voice, generated with text to speech from scripts we write. We use one voice across the whole library, so it sounds the same at 3 AM as it does in the afternoon.

The tracks play in the app.
