The Second Half

A longer program on midlife as a chapter, not a crisis. The spine that Off-Mode leads into.

Midlife is one of the few life chapters with no formal structure. School ends with graduation. Marriage has a ceremony. Becoming a parent has a name change. Midlife arrives without a marker, and most people do not realize they are in it until somewhere around year three.

The Second Half is a six-week program for that chapter. It does not start from a crisis premise. It treats the second half as its own structural transition, with practices for what stays, what changes, what dies, and what is asked of you next. The voice is the same throughout. There is no panel of experts.

How does this differ from Off-Mode?

Off-Mode is a three-week on-ramp specifically for men in their forties. The Second Half is a six-week program open to everyone, with broader source material on midlife transitions as a structural chapter. Many people do Off-Mode first, then this.

Is this only for people in crisis?

No. Most participants are not in crisis. They are noticing something shifting and want a structured way to look at it.
